Born in 2010, Destination Moon Designs started out in the living room of a house outside of Cincinnati, Ohio. Now located in the Chicago-land area, DMD exists in order to fix the growing trend of design companies who are run by business people, not designers, and to help out the individuals, not corporations, and their ideas.
We don't underestimate the importance of free-thinkers, as we are a small business ourselves. We knew we wanted to be apart of helping new dreams, not to mention our economy, grow. We decided to use our passion for art and design to do just that and that's also why we, the owners, are ALSO the designers. Take a look.
Jennifer Noelle Herald has been excited about computers, the arts, and creation for as long as she can remember. After high school, Jen attended The Art Institute of Cincinnati-Ohio and graduated with a degree in Interactive Media Design. Following that, she interned at The Anthony Muñoz Foundation and went on to do freelance work before creating Destination Moon.
Outside of making awesome designs, Jen likes many things. Here's a list of just a few of them: Buffy the Vampire Slayer, They Might Be Giants, her puppies, playing the accordion, and The Muppets.

Alexander Perham is impressive. A jack-of-all-(design)-trades, he began teaching himself all facets of the industry when he was just 12. It was at 12 that Alex also earned his first income as a designer. Over the next four years, he continued to teach himself learning about website development. By the time Alex was ready for college, he already had 5 years worth of training and knowledge that allowed him to go directly into freelancing. As a seasoned veteran, Alex brings a wealth of knowledge to any project.
In addition to being an impressive designer, he's an impressive human with an impressive skill set. He's a writer, humorist, illustrator, musician, and all around neat guy.
Now it's your turn.
